Great question :)
Since I'm usually using the 11" MBA there is not that much space on the desk so I dont' want to waste it with a cd cover - and luckily there are iTunes controls on the keyboard.

Those icons on the left (except the HD) are simple Folder Aliases. So no program needed :)
